Mama, you were the epitome of love, wisdom, and kindness. Your gentle spirit and unwavering faith touched the lives of all who knew you. You taught me the value of family, the power of hard work, and the beauty of a generous heart. Your legacy of love will forever remain in my heart. Rest peacefully, Grandma, knowing that your love continues to guide and inspire me every day.
I woke up on the 24th of February 2024 morning with a call from my brother that our beloved grandmother has left us. Mama was the only surviving grandparent alive for me. She was one special lady and the loss of her is felt deeply by me, even though she lived a full life.
As her first grandchild, she played a big part in my childhood and I can remember so many times sitting in her kitchen and tasting the dishes, she prepare with special love. She taught me a lot about love and the meaning of life and family.. She has never been just ‘my grandmother’, but my guardian, my friend and my inspiration.
Mama, you may have passed on, but your memories would always live on within us. Thank you for your sacrifices, your care and concern, your love and everything that you have done for me and my siblings. Wherever you are, I know you are in a much better place. I will be forever grateful and thankful that you are my ‘grandmother’.

I am at a loss for words to pay tribute to you, my Intelligent, Caring and Sweet mother.
You were my biological mum, whereas I was your mother in the Lord, and you were never bored listening to exhortations from time to time despite the age difference but would consistently respond ‘ ane bra’ concurring with God’s Word.
Your love for me, your only child knew no boundaries. You were often over protective but never pampered me thank you.
You made sure that i was a Pacesetter amongst my peers by sending me to school despite discouragement from some persons, but your harsh response to them was that you wouldn’t want me to toil day and night like you.
You assumed various roles to people. You counselled so many people ( male and female) to build houses both in their villages and cities, and showed affection to anyone that comes around you with magnanimity.
Your diligent lifestyle inspired me to a very great extent hence i told myself that I must strive to make you proud by God’s special Grace.
Mama! You indeed fulfilled scriptures (Proverbs 13:22a) by leaving an inheritance to me and your grand children, you raised like your children.
I promise to remember and act on every of your honest counsels perpetually.
The house is so empty now since you went to be with the Lord. Missing you so much.
